Check your system

We inspect both the indoor and outdoor units to find out what’s causing the issue.

Identify the fault

We look for visible signs like leaks, weak cooling, frozen coils, or burnt wiring, and test key components.

Explain what’s wrong

Once we find the cause, we’ll show you the issue and explain it in simple terms. No guessing needed.

Carry out the repair

Depending on the fault, we may do a gas top-up, fix a leak, replace a part, or repair wiring on the spot.

After repairs, we run a full test to make sure the aircon is cooling properly, airflow is steady, and everything is safe to use.
