Scope of Work
Clean the filters, front panel, and cooling coils
We remove and wash the air filters, front cover, and cooling coils to clear out dust and dirt buildup.
Flush and vacuum the drainage system
We flush and vacuum the drainage to remove any clogs or trapped dirt that may cause water leakage.
Check the condenser and refrigerant level
We examine the condenser coils, fan operation and airflow, and verify that the refrigerant level is stable.
Tighten the electrical components and bearings
We check and secure all electrical terminals and moving parts to ensure stable power flow and smooth fan rotation.
