General Servicing

You'll probably need this if:

Your aircon still works fine, but the air feels a bit dusty or stale

There’s a faint smell when it starts, but it goes away after a while

It’s been more than three or four months since your last service

A little maintenance now and then keeps everything running smoother.

Scope of Work:

Clean the filters, front panel, and cooling coils

We remove and wash the air filters, front cover, and cooling coils to clear out dust and dirt buildup.

Flush and vacuum the drainage system

We flush and vacuum the drainage line to remove any clogs or trapped dirt that may cause water leakage.

Check the condenser and refrigerant level

We check the condenser to make sure it’s free of debris and running smoothly.

Tighten the electrical components and bearings

We inspect and tighten loose electrical connections and bearings.

We test the aircon’s cooling, temperature, and airflow before completing the job.

Every unit is run and checked again after servicing to make sure everything is working as it should.
